Product Description

A special feature is the STAY UP clip, very handy when feeding product through the machine. It has a precision ground measuring wheel for high accuracy
Optional extras include: * Free standing, height adjustable floor stand which can also be bolted down – $186 + GST;

The precise measuring counter head is coupled directly to the resettable counter that measures in Metres and Tenths.
Included are easy fit stainless steel reduction guides to measure very small product.
The large 13mm high numerals on the LCD screen can easily be seen in all light conditions and can measure up to 10,000m (10km) complete with an easy touch RESET button, it also comes with a PAUSE button which allows you to pull material thru without counting. Battery life is up to 5 years and can be replaced simply with two AA batteries. The counter is ELECTRONIC with no moving parts to wear out.
This is a BI-DIRECTIONAL machine which allows you to measure in either direction.
This is truly a heavy-duty machine with a large 6mm thick mounting plate with an 8-hole mounting pattern of 150mm x 115mm & 115mm x 75mm, it also has a single 10mm centre hole for single bolt mounting.

Specialised Counting EG: Counter 1 can measure total product for a day/week/month/year. Counter 2 can measure product for DAY SHIFT or Product A. Counter 3 can measure product for NIGHT SHIFT or Product B. So many possibilities-Each counter can be paused or reset individually. Custom counters available 1-10 counters or more!
Counter Board (s) can be positioned up to 100m or more away-CUSTOM MADE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS!

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The majority of our products cannot be sent to a post office box due to their size. Please include site delivery address.
  • Delivery charges are quoted assuming there are unloading facilities onsite.  Please contact us for a freight quote if these facilities are not available.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure there is a representative onsite to sign for the delivery.  Please ensure you include business opening hours.

  • You will be contacted once your items are ready for collection.
  • Pick up address: 221 Colchester Road, Kilsyth VIC 3137.
  • Please park in the front car park and follow the signs down the driveway to the shop door.

Standard delivery

Our standard service delivers your items within 1-5 working days within Australia. Delivery times depend on delivery method used and location. 

When will my product be shipped?

We aim to ship orders the same day of purchase.

If the product needs to be manufactured,  allow up to 7 days business days. 

How much will my parcel cost to deliver?

Size, weight and the distance & method your parcel has to travel will all determine how much your item costs. Shipping totals will be calculated upon checkout.

What delivery method do you use?

We use Big Post for express or regular deliveries. If you want to organise a courier to collect your item/s we are happy to package your items for collection. You can place your order online with the option of “Click and Collect” and we will pack your order for you to collect in store. RETURNS POLICY

  • For stock items only, we accept returns for refund or exchange within 7 days from delivery receipt.  We do not accept returns for any custom made to order items.
  • Refunds and exchanges are acceptable if the product is return in ‘as new’, resaleable condition.
  • Please note, a restocking fee is payable with all returns for refund.  The amount payable is dependant on the item.  Please contact the office prior to ordering in order to determine the restocking fee for your item/s.  
  • Customers will be responsible for organising and paying for return delivery.  In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return freight and that of the subsequent delivery of new items.  
  • Please allow 7-14 days following receipt of returned good for any refunds to be processed.
