DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The majority of our products cannot be sent to a post office box due to their size. Please include site delivery address.
- Delivery charges are quoted assuming there are unloading facilities onsite. Please contact us for a freight quote if these facilities are not available.
- It is your responsibility to ensure there is a representative onsite to sign for the delivery. Please ensure you include business opening hours.
Our standard service delivers your items within 1-5 working days within Australia. Delivery times depend on delivery method used and location.
When will my product be shipped?
We aim to ship orders the same day of purchase.
If the product needs to be manufactured, allow up to 7 days business days.
How much will my parcel cost to deliver?
Size, weight and the distance & method your parcel has to travel will all determine how much your item costs. Shipping totals will be calculated upon checkout.
What delivery method do you use?
We use Big Post for express or regular deliveries. If you want to organise a courier to collect your item/s we are happy to package your items for collection. You can place your order online with the option of “Click and Collect” and we will pack your order for you to collect in store. Do you ship internationally?

- For stock items only, we accept returns for refund or exchange within 7 days from delivery receipt. We do not accept returns for any custom made to order items.
- Refunds and exchanges are acceptable if the product is return in ‘as new’, resaleable condition.
- Please note, a restocking fee is payable with all returns for refund. The amount payable is dependant on the item. Please contact the office prior to ordering in order to determine the restocking fee for your item/s.
- Customers will be responsible for organising and paying for return delivery. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return freight and that of the subsequent delivery of new items.
- Please allow 7-14 days following receipt of returned good for any refunds to be processed.
